HyperEye®-AP [PM]
Air pollution’s adverse effects on public health has led to global interest in addressing environmental challenges. As major cities around the world attempt to implement air pollution control policies, there is a growing need for current, precise analysis on sources of the pollutants. One of the most cost-effective techniques in identifying air pollution sources is via source apportionment analysis.
The FIPA®-20/40 laboratory system can be used to scan PM2.5/PM10 standard filters at laboratory condition and with that serve a region (industrial zone, small /midsize city) to monitor the PM air pollution sources.
HyperEye-AP [PM] in a near real-time (remote operational chemical imaging microscopy system), sensing ambient air using standard FRM (Federal Reference Method) PM2.5 or PM10 size-selective inlets on dedicated filters unit, detect, and classify different types of particles by using unique A.I. and S.S.A software and validated ambient particulate matter ("PM") pollution sources databases to determine the PM source contributions.
The system uses dry technology which requires minimal maintenance and incurs very low operational costs.
